Continuous Improvement Model Training/
Migrant Education Program (MEP)

The Continuous Improvement Model is a process by which organizations engage in systemic and systematic change, so that systems, processes, products, or services may improve.  The consultation services and training that we provide educational organizations include:

  • Consultation services and training in the use of Quality Tools and the PDSA Cycle.  Educational organizations engage in continuous improvement, and we provide consultation services, training, and tools to implement team-level Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycles to measure success and to improve upon results.

  • Consultation services and training in the use of System Checks.  Organizations strive to maximize their potential, and we provide training to measure efforts in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, Human Resources, Process Management, and Performance Results, so that their efforts on focused on the right results.

  • Consultation services and training in the use of the Migrant Education Program (MEP) Continuous Improvement Cycle.  The MEP requires a continuous improvement cycle that includes the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA), Service Delivery Plan (SDP), and Evaluation.  We provide consultation services and training on the use and integration of these three requirements.
