Curriculum Alignment and Audit

Educational organizations strive to maximize student achievement.  One way of measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of an educational organization is through an external curriculum audit.  The audit that we provide includes a complete assessment of the organization's curricular design, implementation of that design, and the results that are achieved.  â€‹â€‹

We measure:

  • Clarity and specificity of learning objectives/outcomes.

  • Congruence of standards, curriculum, short-cycle assessments, and summative assessments.

  • Documented prerequisite skills and knowledge for attainment of educational standards.

  • Resource alignment.

  • Effective classroom pedagogy.

Educational organizations may expect a summary and recommendations that identify areas of improvement, including:

  • Alignment of vision, mission, standards, and curriculum.

  • Effectiveness of pedagogy and tiered interventions.

  • Alignment of formative and summative assessments.
